Ingredients: Italian Frittata

  • 1 medium Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 large bell pepper, chopped (any color, I like a little of every color)
  • 2 1/2 cups spinach, chopped
  • 10 oz. loose italian sausage, I like sweet italian
  • 12 eggs
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp hot sauce
  • * feel free to add any other veggies and or a sprinkle a of cheese on top

How to Make Italian Frittata

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Italian Frittata in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • In a large skillet, combine sausage, onion and garlic. Cooking till sausage is no longer pink and onions are translucent.
  • Step 2
  • Stir in spinach, bell pepper, any other veggies you may like, salt and pepper. Cook covered, stirring occasionally untill spinach has wilted.
  • Step 3
  • In a 2 qt casserole dish, beat eggs and hot sauce. Add meat mixture.
  • Step 4
  • Bake in oven at 350 for 20-30 minutes or untill firm and lightly brown. Cool slightly before serving.
