  • 1 box lasagna pasta
  • 1 quart ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 lb mozzarella cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup pecorino romano cheese
  • 1/4 clove chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1/2 tbsp ground black pepper
  • 2 cup marinara sauce

How to Make Italian Lasagna Rolls

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Italian Lasagna Rolls in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Boil lasagna in pot of salted water until aldente (cooked but firm)
  • Step 2
  • Mix all other ingredients in a large bowl(except sauce)
  • Step 3
  • Put a ladle of sauce spread out on the bottom of a baking tray.
  • Step 4
  • Put a healthy scoop of cheese mix at one end of a lasagna strand & roll.
  • Step 5
  • Fill the tray with rolls & ladle some sauce over the rolls & sprinkle some shredded mozzarella & grated cheese over the rolls.
  • Step 6
  • Bake in 425° pretty heated oven until top slightly browns.
  • Step 7
  • Remove from oven. Let sit & firm a bit & serve.
