  • 1 lb Itilian sausage. I bought the links and took the meat out of the casings.
  • 1/4 cup Diced onion
  • 1 jar of spaghetti sauce
  • 12 slice Of mozerella or provolone cheese
  • 6 Sub buns

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Italian loose burger in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Heat pan to med. Heat. Add hambuger, sausage, and onion. Cook until brown.
  • Step 2
  • Heat oven to 400
  • Step 3
  • Add sauce to meat. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 to 15 mins.
  • Step 4
  • Scoop disired amount of meat into sub buns. Top with 2 slices of cheese to each sub. Bake for about 5 mins or until cheese is melted.
