  • 1 lb oreccchiietta pasta
  • 5 oz dry salami diced about 1 cup
  • 1/2 cup chopped oil packed sun dried tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup garlic peppers diced
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp all purpose flour
  • 2 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded fontina cheese
  • 1 cup shredded pictante provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded basil
  • 1 salt and pepper to taste

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Italian Macaroni and Cheese in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • boil noodles
  • Step 2
  • sautee salami till crisp
  • Step 3
  • add sundried tomatoes, garlic and peppers and onions'
  • Step 4
  • cook til tender, 5 min., add butter stir til tender.add flour and stir well, add milk stir continuously. Bring to a boli, continue to stir.Turn off heat, stir in cheeses, add basil.Season with salt and pepper.
