Ingredients: Italian Meatball Spaghetti

  • Meatball
  • 1 1/2 cup Bread crumbs
  • 3 cup Ground meat
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Salt
  • 1 Ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Freshly chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 2 1/2 tsp Garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 tsp Garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp Basil leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon zest
  • 1 can Tomato (whole)
  • 2 tsp Tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp 1-2 tbsp of 4 cheese pasta sauce
  • 1 Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Ground pepper
  • 1 tsp Cayenne powder (for heat)
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Crushed beef bouillon cube
  • 1/4 cup Water

How to Make Italian Meatball Spaghetti

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 9 steps you must follow to make Italian Meatball Spaghetti in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Mix the meatball ingredients in a bowl with your hands
  • Step 2
  • With your hands, make round balls of meat and place them on a tray. Refrigerate until sauce is ready
  • Step 3
  • In a pan, heat up the olive oil and fry for 3 minutes. Add in garlic and fry for 3 more.
  • Step 4
  • Add the whole tomatoes in along with tomato paste and the 4 cheese pasta sauce. Mix well. Add salt and pepper with basil leaves and lemon zest, cayenne powder, paprika, bouillon cube and water
  • Step 5
  • Mix everything cover and cook under low heat for 20 minutes
  • Step 6
  • After 20 minutes add it 2 teaspoon of sugar then cook again on low heat for another 5 minutes until tomatoes are tender and the sauce is thick
  • Step 7
  • Add in the meatballs slowly one by one (make sure they have space between echother) cover it and let it simmer under low heat for 15 minutes
  • Step 8
  • After 15 minutes, flip the meatballs to the other side so it could cook for another 15 minutes on low heat (at this point, meatballs won't break)
  • Step 9
  • The meatballs are fully cooked! Serve on top of spaghetti and garnished with chopped parsley . For the real deal, serve with garlic bread !
