  • 1 nonstick cooking spray
  • 1 cup Italian-style seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup non-fat skim milk
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 stock celery stalks,finely chopped
  • 1 lb lean ground turkey meat
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup carrot puree
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 pinch or 1/8teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 4 slice turkey bacon opt.

How to Make Italian Meatloaf

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Italian Meatloaf in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • preheat oven 350*F coat 9x5 inch loaf pan with cooking spray
  • Step 2
  • in large bowl,soak breadcrumbs in milk
  • Step 3
  • in frying pan add oil cook onion about 7-10min. add celery cook 3-4more min.scrape mix into bowl of breadcrumbs.
  • Step 4
  • Add turkey beef,parmensan cheese,carrot puree,ketchup,salt and pepper and stir to combined
  • Step 5
  • turn mix into loaf pan smooth top.
  • Step 6
  • spread timato sauce over the meatloaf and lay bacon on top.
  • Step 7
  • Bake 45-50 minutes intill center is not pink
