Ingredients: Italian Meatloaf

  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2/3 oz Italian salad dressing mix, dry (1 envelope)
  • 1/2 tsp Emeril's Essence seasoning
  • 1 1/2 cup corn chex, crushed (or chex of your choice, corn & rice are gluten-free)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 dash celery salt
  • 2 slice American cheese, cut into strips

How to Make Italian Meatloaf

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 2 steps you must follow to make Italian Meatloaf in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Add all ingredients, except cheese in bowl; mix well. Shape into loaf in shallow pan. Bake in 350°F oven for 65 minutes.
  • Step 2
  • Top with cheese strips. Cook for 5 minutes longer.
