  • preheat oven to 350°F

  • using a pastry brush .. brush a thin layer of olive oil on cookie sheet, or foil/parchment lined cookie sheet.

  • brush top of cubes with more olive oil in a thin layer.

  • using a shaker or as I do( use my sifter) and sprinkle cheese all over the bread cubes.

  • toss bread cubes in pan to get the rest of parm onto cubes.. replace in single layer..
  • Step 7
  • bake 15-20 minutes tossing every 5 minutes. until cubes are crispy andd browned nicely or till desired doneness..
  • Step 8
  • let cool and serve on soup. or store in air tight container.
  • Step 9
