  • 1/4 tsp pepper

  • 1/2 tsp oregano...dried...... 1 tsp fresh
  • 1/2 tsp basil, dried
  • 3 clove garlic finely minced
  • 1/4 cup ollive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese.
  • bread
  • 1 loaf french or italian bread
  • 2 tbsp melted unsalted butter... i like to use the herbal butter from my profile

  • I lay my loaf of bread on aluminium foil... I paint my loaf of bread with the melted butter...
  • Step 2
  • wrap bread in aluminium foil put it on a cookie sheet and place in oven at 250° ... just enough to get it warm and soft....
  • Step 3
  • while bread is in oven ....... in oil container put all the ingredients for dipping sauce in bottle and shake Well to mix....
  • Step 4
  • when your ready to serve. .... I was able to get shallow soy sauce dishes at my international market... pour oil mixture into dish
  • Step 5
  • remove bread from oven .... open but leave surrounded by aluminium foil and cut bread on the diagonal..
  • Step 6
  • **** I love this a vinaigrette salad, baked Ziti, most Italian dishes, etc....
