Ingredients: Italian Roasted Potatoes

  • 5 medium russet potatoes, scrubbed and cut into chunks
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 packages Good Seasons Italian or Zesty Italian dressing mix
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 5 green onions/scallions, sliced
  • 1 Cooking spray

How to Make Italian Roasted Potatoes

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Italian Roasted Potatoes in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray an 11x13" baking pan with cooking spray (Pam or similar). Set aside.
  • Step 2
  • Place cut potatoes in a large bowl and drizzle with the Olive oil. Stir well to make sure they are evenly coated.
  • Step 3
  • Sprinkle the packet of Good Seasons over the potatoes and mix well, making sure the potatoes are evenly coated. Pour mixture into prepared pan and place in oven. Bake for 35 minutes, stir and bake an additional 20 minutes.
  • Step 4
  • Remove from oven and immediately toss with shredded cheese. Sprinkle with sliced scallions and serve.
