  • 2 packages fresh mushrooms
  • 1 packages peas
  • 6 oz pecorino romano grated cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • cook rice w water & set aside & let cool

  • cook ground sausage in pot & set aside leave oil drippins & set aside
