Ingredients: Italian Shrimp Oreganata

  • 2 lb Fresh Jumbo Shrimp
  • 2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 6 clove fresh garlic
  • 2 tbsp fresh oregano
  • 2 tbsp fresh flat leaf parsley
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 stick unsalted butter
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 salt & pepper

How to Make Italian Shrimp Oreganata

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Italian Shrimp Oreganata in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Remove shells & clean shrimp & salt & pepper
  • Step 2
  • Add breadcrumbs with minced garlic and parsley and oregano & slowly add olive oil while mixing until desired consistency....not to dry & not to wet
  • Step 3
  • In a baking dish add a layer of the breadcrumb mix & put several small pieces of butter on top of the breadcrumbs & put the shrimp on top
  • Step 4
  • Add another layer of breadcrumbs & butter & drizzle a little olive oil on top
  • Step 5
  • Bake in 350° preheated oven until shrimp turn color & breadcrumbs brown...should be approximatly 15 minutes depending on the size of the shrimp
  • Step 6
  • Plate & squeeze fresh lemon juice on top
  • Step 7
  • Eat & enjoy
