  • 1 small bag spinach
  • 1 lb Sirloin steeak trimmed cut in cubes
  • 1 yellow sguash cubed
  • 1 small container mushrooms your choice
  • 1 yellow onion sliced
  • 1 spoon crushed garlic
  • 1 bell pepper cubed
  • 1 tsp Goya Adobo
  • 1/2 jar Ragu Chyunky tomato,oniion garlic sauce
  • 2 servings Linguine
  • lb meat
  • grams pasta

How to Make Italian Stir Fry

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make Italian Stir Fry in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Brown up meat till done, then add spinach and cook down. Add all other vegetables and stir together. Be sure to use a large frying pan or a wok.
  • Step 2
  • Cover and let simmer for about 10 mlnutes on low. While this is going on have water boiling and cook linguine to all dente.
  • Step 3
  • Drain excess juices from pan. Drain pasta and stir into vegetables and then add sauce, continue to heat on low to medium for about 10 to 15 minutes.
