Ingredients: Italian Stroganoff

  • 1 onion
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 2 lb chopped up Rump Roast
  • oz chopped mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Penne Pasta
  • 4 cup Prego (Or other similar sauce)
  • 2 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup beef broth
  • olive oil

How to Make Italian Stroganoff

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Italian Stroganoff in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Pour olive oil into a skillet and add chopped onion and garlic. Then add the chopped mushrooms. Sauté for about 5 minutes.
  • Step 2
  • Add steak and brown sides.
  • Step 3
  • Once the steak is browned add 2 teaspoons of worcestershire sauce, a can of tomato sauce, a quarter cup of beef broth, and let the whole thing simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Step 4
  • Turn of the heat and add a half a cup of sour cream. Stir and voila, dinner for 4 is ready! Serve over egg noodles.
