  • 1 packages Lip ton Onion Soup Mix
  • 1 quart low sodium chicken broth
  • 3 tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 each bay leaf
  • 1 salt and pepper
  • 1 cup Acini de pepe Pasta
  • 1 warm water to cover
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin

How to Make Italian Wedding Soup

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Italian Wedding Soup in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Sweat veg.(except spinach) In olive oil for 5 min. Add salt and pepper, garlic, italian seasoning, and bayleaf.
  • Step 2
  • Add ground turkey to brown. Break up. Add onion soup mix and parsley.
  • Step 3
  • Add quart of chicken broth and spinach.
  • Step 4
  • Add water to cover. Bring to boil and reduce heat to simmer for 30 minutes.
  • Step 5
  • Add pasta. Simmer for 10 more minutes, and enjoy. I use 6 qt pot to make soup
