  • 12 oz bag of spinach rinsed
  • 2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • pinch Bell's Poultry Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 bag small party sized meatballs - *Trader Joes Party Size Meatballs" or make your own bite-sized meatballs

How to Make Italian Wedding Soup

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Italian Wedding Soup in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Over medium heat, add olive oil, onion and celery and saute 5 to 6 minutes until softened.
  • Step 2
  • Add the chicken stock and bring to a boil. Add tortellini and cook for 6 mins.
  • Step 3
  • Stir in parmesan cheese, Bell's seasoning, salt, pepper and meatballs. Stir in spinach and stir for 1 minute.
  • Step 4
