    Step 1
  • Cut the maguro into bite-sized pieces and put into a plastic bag with the ★ ingredients. Let sit for 30 minutes to one hour.
  • Step 2
  • Coat with the katakuriko and fry in oil. Fry in oil heated to 170℃.
