  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup Jägermeister
  • 3/4 cup hot water
  • glaze
  • 1/3 cup Jägermeister
  • 1/2 stick unsalted butter
  • 1 confectioners sugar for dusting

  • pre heat oven to 350°F

  • spray bundt pan with non stick spray

  • melt butter in a sauce pan until melted then remove from heat and stir in the Jäger and brush on the the bottom of the cake and wait 5 mins

  • flip cake on to a serving plate and add the rest of the glaze to the top and let cool completely
  • Step 12
  • lightly shake confectioners sugar on top
