  • 8 oz package (you need two) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Mexican cheese blend
  • 10 jalapeños, deseeded and diced
  • 1/2 lb fried bacon, diced
  • 1 cup Mexican cheese blend (For topping)

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Jalapeño Popper Dip in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 375°F Fahrenheit.
  • Step 2
  • Blend together cream cheese and mayonnaise until creamy.
  • Step 3
  • Add in the 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese, and the 1/2 cup of Mexican cheese blend, jalapeños, and bacon crumbles. Combine well.
  • Step 4
  • Pour into a casserole dish (2 qt or 9x13 baking dish) and bake 15 minutes.
  • Step 5
  • Add remaining cup of Mexican cheese on top of dip and return to oven for 10 minutes to melt cheese.
  • Step 6
  • Serve with corn chips, tortilla chips, or toasted baguette slices.
