  • 4 slices chopped bacon
  • 1 link Cajun sausage sliced
  • 4 large jalapeños seeded/diced
  • 1/4 red onion diced
  • 4 cloves of peeled/diced garlic
  • 2 servings cooked brown rice
  • 1/2 cup shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce

    Step 1
  • Prepare rice (this part takes the longest time)
  • Step 2
  • Cook bacon until it starts to brown.
  • Step 3
  • Add sausage to bacon and brown
  • Step 4
  • Add diced jalapeños, onion and garlic to bacon and sausage. Cook for 5 minutes on medium heat.

  • Add BBQ sauce to pan stir in
