  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/3 cup flour

    Step 1
  • Peel and mash the ripe bananas in a bowl

  • Stir flour, baking powder and salt in the mixture

  • Flip when you see the edges start getting brown and golden until brown and golden on both sides
  • Step 8
  • Drain excess oil from the fritters on kitchen paper
  • Step 9
  • Optional sprinkle icing sugar or add cherries on top
  • Step 10
  • Serve hot
