Ingredients: Jambalaya

  • 1 box Jambalaya rice mix
  • 1 cup white rice
  • 4 cup tomato juice
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packages lil smokies
  • 1 can 14.5 oz diced tomatoes
  • 1 salt & pepper to taste

How to Make Jambalaya

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Jambalaya in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cook Jambalaya rice mix according to box. Cook white rice in separate pan till tender.
  • Step 2
  • While the rice is cooking brown ground beef.
  • Step 3
  • In large pot combine cooked jambalaya rice, white rice, ground beef, lil smokies (cut in half), tomato juice & diced tomatoes. Season to taste.
  • Step 4
  • Simmer till heated through.
  • Step 5
  • Serve & enjoy.
