Ingredients: Jambalaya

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 packages kielbasa sausage
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 14 oz can diced tomatoes & green Chiles
  • 3 cup scallion rice

How to Make Jambalaya

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 3 steps you must follow to make Jambalaya in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Heat 1T evoo in lg skillet, add sausage, cook till browned. Transfer to plate.
  • Step 2
  • Reduce heat to med, add other evoo. Add onion & green pepper (thinly sliced) about 4 min.
  • Step 3
  • Add 2 cloves garlic & pepper, cook until onions are tender, 4-5 min. Add tomatoes and rice. Cook till heated through. Put sausage in & heat.
