  • 1 bunch Japanese noodles
  • 2 piece Seaweed
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 stick Imitation crab meat
  • 10 ml Japanese noodle soy sauce
  • Sesame seeds

How to Make Japanese Cold noodles

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 8 steps you must follow to make Japanese Cold noodles in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cook Japanese noodles in boiling water for 4 - 5 minutes.
  • Step 2
  • Drain noodles in strainer under ice cold water.
  • Step 3
  • Keep noodles in the fridge while you make the egg crepe.
  • Step 4
  • Make egg crepe. Follow my egg crepe recipe.
  • Step 5
  • Shred imitation crab meat and seaweed.
  • Step 6
  • Place noodles on plate. Add egg crepe, crab meat and seaweed on top of noodles. Sprinkle sesamd seeds on (optional)
  • Step 7
  • Pour Japanese cold noodle soy sauce on noodles before serving.
  • Step 8
  • Mix well and eat!
