  • 2 cup Medium gain rice
  • 3 cup Water
  • 1 can Small can (8.5 oz) corn
  • 1 can Small can (8.5 oz) of peas
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 3 tbsp Teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • Salt
  • Pepper

How to Make Japanese fried rice

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Japanese fried rice in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Pour. Water and rice into medium sauce pan or rice cooker and boil for 25 minutes.
  • Step 2
  • Strain peas and corn and mix in large bowl
  • Step 3
  • Mix peas, corn, and rice and refrigerate over night.
  • Step 4
  • Add butter, soy, and teriyaki sauces to the rice mixture
  • Step 5
  • Cook on high heat in thick bottomed wok or skillet until browned.
  • Step 6
  • Salt and pepper to taste
