  • 1 tsp Cooking sake
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Katakuriko
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Olive oil

How to Make Japanese-seasoned Chicken Sausage

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Japanese-seasoned Chicken Sausage in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Mince the shiitake mushrooms and shiso leaves. In a bowl, mix the ingredients until it becomes sticky.

  • Step 4

  • Step 5
  • Heat oil (not listed) in a pan, fry the sausages until the surface becomes golden brown.
  • Step 6
  • This is an "Easy Meat Loaf" variation. Use the entire mixture and place 5 boiled quail eggs in the middle. Microwave for 4 minutes and turn over for another minute.
