  • 2 oz pasta
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Garlic Chopped
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Optional meat or veggies

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Japanese Soy Sauce Pasta in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Begin to cook pasta
  • Step 2
  • Put Olive oil and garlic in a pan, begin to heat
  • Step 3
  • Add any veggies or meat to the pan
  • Step 4
  • Add soy sauce to the pan
  • Step 5
  • Optional (less salty) put a little bit of the pasta water in the pan witht he soy sauce mixture
  • Step 6
  • Once the soy sauce is bubbling amd the garlic is darker add the cooked pasta to the pan. Stir it until all of the pasta is a light brown color
  • Step 7
  • Add garlic powder if you need. Salt and pepper to taste. (I prefer without)
