  • 1/2 tsp ☆Hon-Dashi dashi stock powder
  • 1 Katakuriko

    Step 1
  • Remove the sinews from the chicken and lightly pound with back of a knife. Slice diagonally into bite sized strips.
  • Step 2
  • Mix ☆ ingredients and combine Step 1. Marinate for 30 minutes.
  • Step 3
  • In a plastic bag, put the katakuriko and drained chicken. Close the bag and shake Evenly coat the chicken with katakuriko.
  • Step 4
  • Deep fry in medium to high heat until crisp Chicken fillet is thin and cooks very fast so be careful not to over fry them.
