If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Japanese-Style Pasta with Mushooms and Bacon in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Cut up the shimeji and king oyster mushrooms into easy to eat pieces. Cut the bacon into 1 cm wide thin slices. Slice the onion and garlic thinly.
  • Step 2
  • Slice the red chili pepper into thin rounds. Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling water and salt following package instructions.
  • Step 3
  • Put the olive oil, garlic and red chili pepper in a frying pan and sauté slowly over low heat until fragrant. Add the bacon and onion, and sauté over medium heat.
  • Step 4
  • When the bacon is cooked add the mushrooms and continue sautéeing. Season with salt and pepper, add the ★ ingredients and turn off the heat.
  • Step 5
