  • 300 grams of thin slices beef
  • 1 half carrot slice thin
  • 1 half onion slices
  • 1 green paprika slices
  • 1 half yellow bell pepper slices
  • 1/2 cup of kikomen sukiyaki sauce
  • 1 tbsp of oil
  • 1 tsp of chopped garlic
  • 2 tbsp of finally chopped ginger
  • 2 tsp of light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp of sugar
  • 1 tbsp of oyster sauce

How to Make Japanese sukiyaki beef

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Japanese sukiyaki beef in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • In the marinated bowl arrange beef pour over the beef with half of sukiyaki sauce and leave for 20 minutes
  • Step 2
  • In the heating pan add oil and garlic
  • Step 3
  • Pour marinated beef with the marinated sauce into the pan and fry till the beef cooked
  • Step 4
  • Add ginger ,onion, carrots, pepper and paprika into the pan keep frying till vegetables get soft
  • Step 5
  • Pour the rest of sukiyaki sauce stir and add oyster sauce, sugar, soy sauce and stir until the ingredients combine
