  • 3 tbsp spoon of oil
  • 2 tbsp spoon of corn meal

  • Roll out raise dough and pouch down to 2 and make a oval shape
  • Step 10
  • Cut 4​lines on the dough and sprinkle with corn meal, cover and let's raise again for 1 hour
  • Step 11
  • Preheated oven at 375°F
  • Step 12
  • Put boiling water under the baking rack
  • Step 13
  • Bake dough in oven for 45 minutes but make sure to spray water onto the bread while baking every 10-15 minutes
