  • 1 Black Pepper
  • Jerk sauce

    Step 1
  • Marinade chicken in jerk sauce (overnight if possible)
  • Step 2
  • Preheat oven to 425
  • Step 3
  • Pan fry chicken and cut into tiny pieces

  • Spread tomato sauce & sprinkle mozzarella on top.
  • Step 8
  • Top with jerk chicken, mango and fresh basil to taste
  • Step 9
  • Top with chilli flakes and black pepper to taste
  • Step 10
  • Brush crust sparingly with olive oil
  • Step 11
  • Bake for 12-14 minutes at 425
  • Step 12
  • Eat. Mmmmmmmm
