  • 2 ●Star anise
  • 1 dash for decoration Chinese wolfberry fruit or mint leaves

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Jiggly Almond Jelly with Star Anise in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Soak 10 g gelatin in 3 tablespoons of water.
  • Step 2
  • In a small pan, like a milk pan, add 200 ml water and 4 tablespoons sugar and put on the heat. Dissolve the sugar.

  • Once the sugar has dissolved, stop the heat, add in the gelatin mixture and mix well until completely dissolved.
