  • 100 ml Strawberry syrup
  • 100 ml Water
  • 6 grams Gelatin
  • 30 ml Water for soaking the gelatin
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 Strawberries

How to Make Jiggly Strawberry Jello

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Jiggly Strawberry Jello in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • I used the leftover strawberry syrup from making strawberry jam.
  • Step 2
  • Soak gelatin in water for 10-20 minutes. Dissolve fully in a double boiler.
  • Step 3
  • Combine strawberry syrup and the same amount of lemon juice. Add the dissolved gelatin and mix thoroughly.
  • Step 4
  • Pour the jelly mixture into a glass or a cup. Remove bubbles on the surface. If you have any strawberries, press them into the jelly. Chill in the fridge.
  • Step 5
  • I made mine in a Picardie glass No need to use a mold. So jiggly! Jellies are nice to eat.
  • Step 6
  • A shot of me eating it. This strawberry jelly is so soft and jiggly! That color is wholly natural It's the color of strawberries!
