Ingredients: Juicee J's three cheese quiche

  • 1 cup sliced, fresh mushrooms
  • 1 cup each/chopped onions, & fresh broccoli
  • 5 eggs
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup chopped red pepper
  • 1 cup shredded three cheese(Kraft has a one with a touch of Philadelphia cream cheese in it/so good in this)
  • 1 frozen deep dish pie crust (9 inch), unbaked

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Juicee J's three cheese quiche in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • preheat oven to 375°F
  • Step 2
  • cook mushrooms, onions, broccoli, & peppers in a splash of olive oil, . or a skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat for 5 minutes, or until tender. stirring occasionally, remove from heat
  • Step 3
  • beat eggs& milk with wire whisk until blended. stir in veggie mixture, peppers, (roast peppers 1st, or add them with the other veggies in the skillet) I prefer roasted peppers myself..
  • Step 4
  • add the cheese to that mixture, then pour into unbaked pie crust. place on a baking sheet.
  • Step 5
  • bake for 35 minutes. top with remaining cheese, then bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes, or until knife inserted into center comes out clean. let stand 10 minutes before serving.
