  • 1 packages konnyaku noodle - washed with warm water
  • 1 block brown tofu - julienned
  • 1 stick celery - julienned
  • 1 carrots - julienned
  • 1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds
  • 1 bunch soy bean sprouts or bean sprouts
  • 1 oyster mushroom - julienne
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp sugar

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 2 steps you must follow to make Julienne konnyaku and tofu stir fry in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • 1 tsp olive oil in frying pan, add julienne tofu and vegetable, use scissors to cut konnyaku into approximately 3" strings. Add then to frying pans. Fry 5 min.

  • Add 1 tsp sesame oil and roasted sesame, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp sugar, fry 5 min more.
