  • 1/2 tbsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 tbsp Chat Masala
  • 1/2 tbsp Garam Masala
  • 1/2 tbsp Cinnamon Powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Black Salt
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Grinned Sugar
  • 1/4 tbsp Asafoetida Powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Coriander

How to Make Kaachiu(Dry Bhel)

  • Take oil in pan,add puffed rice and sallow fry for 1 minute
  • Step 2
  • Take oil in pan,add flattened rice and sallow fry 1 minute

  • Add fried puffed rice,flattened rice in mixing bowl and mix it
  • Step 4
  • Add peanut in mixing bowl
  • Step 5
  • Add all dry masala,grinned sugar and oil,mix it
