Ingredients: Kabocha Squash Dip

  • 100 grams Kabocha squash
  • 50 grams Plain yogurt
  • 18 grams Cream cheese
  • 3 prunes Prunes
  • 1 tbsp Grated cheese
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 Salt and pepper

How to Make Kabocha Squash Dip

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Kabocha Squash Dip in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Take the kabocha and remove the seeds and pith. Cut them into bite-sized pieces.
  • Step 2
  • Cook the kabocha! (You can just as easily microwave it)
  • Step 3
  • Cut the prunes into quarters. Bring the cream cheese to room temperature.
  • Step 4
  • Transfer it to a bowl and mash it while it's still hot. I like my dip chunky so I don't really mash it up too much.
  • Step 5
  • Add the other ingredients and mix! Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Step 6
  • I put it on a baguette and put drizzled honey on top.
