  • 1 lb kalbasa, sliced
  • 6 large russet potatoes, diced
  • 3 large carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp sun dried tomatoes, diced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Jamaican Jerk season
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • salt and pepper

  • Preheat oven to 400
