  • 1 Zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 clove Garlic

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Kale Pesto in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Place kale leaves into a pot of boiling water. Boil for 5 minutes.
  • Step 2
  • Blanch kale and squeeze out all excess water.
  • Step 3
  • Add all ingredients to food chopper or processor except for the oil.
  • Step 4
  • Start chopping and slowly add oil. Add extra if you need to.
  • Step 5
  • Mix in with your favourite pasta. You will need to add a splash of water to get it going.
