  • 1 1/2 lb bacon
  • 2 cup chopped kale
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 cup defrosted hashbrowns
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1 medium chopped shallott
  • 1 1/2 cup mozzerella
  • 1 1/2 cup sharp cheddar
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 3 tbsp melted & cooled butter

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make kale,bacon & hash quiche in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Pre heat oven to 375
  • Step 2
  • Defrost and drain BTW paper towels hash browns
  • Step 3
  • Fry 6 strips of bacon, drain and dice
  • Step 4
  • Use bacon drippings to saute garlic,shallots, and kale
  • Step 5
  • Scramble 4 eggs with salt pepper and 1 cup of 1/2mozzarella 1/2 sharp cheddar, & milk
  • Step 6
  • Unfold pie crust into pie plate, mix drained hash with butter, s&p and mash into pie crust
  • Step 7
  • Add all other ingredients to pie/has crust and bake for 45 min
