  • 1 tsp ☆Ketchup (or demi-glace sauce is also recommended)
  • 1 dash ☆Mustard
  • 1 tsp ◇Mayonnaise

How to Make Kansai-Style Egg Sandwich

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 7 steps you must follow to make Kansai-Style Egg Sandwich in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Toast 2 slices of bread in a toaster oven. Melt the butter in a frying pan, quickly beat the eggs and pour them in as well.
  • Step 2
  • When the egg is half-cooked, use a pair of cooking chopsticks to fold the omelette over. It doesn't have to be a perfect square, but make sure to fold it while the eggs are still fluffy!
  • Step 3
  • The slices of toast are ready. Spread the ◇ mayonnaise on one of the slices and spread the ☆ ingredients over the other.
  • Step 4
  • Sandwich the omelette in between the slices of toast. Gently press down on the sandwich with your hand to secure the toast and fillings in place.
  • Step 5
  • Cut the sandwiches into easy-to-eat sizes and they're ready. The omelette will be very fluffy and yummy.
  • Step 6
  • Add sliced cucumbers if you feel like eating the sandwich with some vegetables.
  • Step 7
  • Add bacon as well to make it into a very filling sandwich.
