Ingredients: Kanya 's Spicy Sauce

  • 350 grams Fresh chillies / mixed red and green color
  • 200 grams Garlic
  • 100 grams Onion
  • 3 Shallots
  • 50 grams Lemongrass /sliced
  • 50 grams Galangal
  • 3 bunch Corrianders
  • 250 ml Lime juice
  • 200 ml Fish sauce
  • 300 ml Sugar syrups
  • 100 ml Boiled water/ allow to cool

How to Make Kanya 's Spicy Sauce

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 11 steps you must follow to make Kanya 's Spicy Sauce in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Mix all in blender,blend only all ingredients mixed well,not too much smooth,taste and add your more favorite taste,can keep in refrigerator ,as I add lemongrass and galangal good for stomach :)

  • This sauce is multifunction , you can use in many Thai dishes or use as salad dressing ,but not too much as it is spicy !..for example ; Dip with baked shrimps and vermicelli
