  • 3 cup cooked rice
  • 500 grams shrimps / cleaned / devained
  • 6 clove garlic
  • 1/2 tbsp soya sauce
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 bunch spring onion
  • 3 yard long beans/ sting beans some called..or any beans you have
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Kanya's Shrimps Fried rice in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Fresh shrimps is the best if you can provide,clean ,devain ..set aside,but if not ,frozen is more convenienc..
  • Step 2
  • Chop up yard long beans,crush garlic ..stir fry both on medium heat, until garlic is light brown
  • Step 3
  • Crack 4eggs in ,scramble,when eggs start to set add rice,stir to mix
  • Step 4
  • Add shrimps,seasoning by salt and pepper,soya sauce,sugar ,approximately 4 mins until shrims cook,add chopped spring onion,heat off
  • Step 5
  • Serve hot with lime sliced,seasoning fishsauce as Thai way,some spring onion,some cucumber if you want :)
