  • 2 mushroom,cubed
  • 2 shallots,halves
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 bunch spring onion and coriander,chopped
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 5 chili ,crushed or halves
  • 1 tbsp fishsauce,or 1 and a half teaspoon of salt instead for vegetarian
