  • 1 1/2 cup small diced mix vegettables : carrots,zucchini,onion,pumpkin,bell peppers,cabbage,spring onion
  • 2 clove garlic,finely chopped
  • 1/3 tbsp olive oil to fry
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • seasoning
  • 150 grams mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tbsp tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp soya sauce
  • 1 salt and peppers to taste
  • 2 burger buns

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Kanya's Veggies Burgers in your home by yourself.

  • Start from chop and dice all vegetables you need,add more or less on each kind that you prefer ..make it 1 and a half cup
  • Step 2
  • Saute crushed garlic with olive oil on medium heat,add vegetables,oregano,seasoning ,cook until soft ,heat off

  • Add cheese,mix well..and form to large size patties
  • Step 4
  • Grills patties,and buns on medium heat until lightly brown,approximately 3 -4 mins on eaxh side,optional top with single cheese ,fried egg..ummm..
