  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup crushed saltine crackers
  • 2 stalks celery; sliced
  • 1/2 green bell pepper; diced
  • 1/2 yellow onion; minced
  • 2 tbsp Worchestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • to taste salt & pepper
  • 2 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup ketchup

How to Make Kari's Meatloaf

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Kari's Meatloaf in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Step 2
  • In a large bowl mix beef, cracker crumbs, egg, seasonings, celery, onion & bell pepper with your hands. Mix together thoroughly.
  • Step 3
  • Now pat mixture into a non-stick large loaf pan. Like the picture below & make sure you pat evenly in pan.
  • Step 4
  • Place loaf pan in oven on a small cookie sheet (just incase any grease pours over, the cookie sheet will catch it). Bake for an hour and a half.
  • Step 5
  • Remove meatloaf from oven, drain any grease & evenly spread ketchup on the top. Once cooled, slice & serve.
