  • 1 1/3 lb Black Angus beef 85/15
  • 1/2 large onion, chopped
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp chives oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup granulated garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 tsp saffron flower
  • 1 tsp Cavender's, All Purpose Greek Seasoning, 
  • 1 tsp Marjoram

How to Make Kebabs

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 4 steps you must follow to make Kebabs in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Mix all ingredients take skewers that have been soak in water for an hour
  • Step 2
  • Take two skewers form around the skewers a long patty of meat
  • Step 3
  • Take to the grill I use either nonstick or oil on the grill surface so meat wont stick
  • Step 4
  • Turn as needed so not to burn cook till done I used a spatula till it was able to firm up then turn till done
