  • 1 lb Organic Grass Fed Ground Beef
  • 1 medium Chopped Onion (fine)

  • 1 1/3 tsp Coriander
  • 1 1/3 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 1 cup Parsley
  • 3 clove Minced Garlic
  • 1 pinch Lemon Balm
  • 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 bunch Skewers

How to Make Kefta Kabobs

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 6 steps you must follow to make Kefta Kabobs in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Mix chopped onions, parsley and minced garlic into the thawed ground beef.
  • Step 2
  • Add white pepper, coriander, and ground cumin into the meat mixture. Add Salt to taste.
  • Step 3
  • Combine the beef and all other ingredients until it is well mixed.
  • Step 4
  • Attach mixture into skewers. Preheat grill for grilling.
  • Step 5
  • Brush all sides of skewers with olive oil and place on grill with Medium-high heat.
  • Step 6
  • Cook for 15-20 minutes or until cooked through.
