How to Make Kenchin Soup with Fluffy Tsumire (Fish Meatballs)

If you have prepared the ingredients needed, now time to start cooking. There are 5 steps you must follow to make Kenchin Soup with Fluffy Tsumire (Fish Meatballs) in your home by yourself.

    Step 1
  • Remove the scales, heads, innards, backbones, and tail fins from the sardines, then cut into 2 cm wide pieces.
